User Agreement

Preamble

享悦雅思 hereby reminds you to carefully read this "User Agreement" to ensure that you fully understand each clause of this agreement. After careful reading, you have the right to choose to accept or not accept this agreement.

享悦雅思 hereby reminds you that Article 8 of this agreement clearly stipulates the exemption of 享悦雅思's liability under this agreement. Please read and understand it carefully.

1. Description

This agreement is an agreement between you and 享悦雅思 regarding the use of some or all of the services covered by this agreement provided on 享悦雅思's official user platform.

You need to reach the legal adult age specified in your country/region before you can sign this agreement or use the services covered by this agreement; if you have not reached the legal adult age, please read this agreement with your legal guardian and obtain the consent of your legal guardian.

• Agree to supervise your use of the services covered by this agreement;
• Understand and be willing to bear all relevant risks of your use of the services covered by this agreement;
• Bear all responsibilities caused by your use of the services covered by this agreement;
• Guarantee the accuracy and authenticity of all information you submit;
• Understand that your access to and use of the services covered by this agreement is also bound by this agreement.

You understand and promise that before registering as a user of 享悦雅思's official user platform, you have carefully read this agreement and fully understood each clause of this agreement.

2. Definitions

享悦雅思's official user platform: refers to the platform products owned and operated by 北京司马微视科技有限公司 under the 享悦雅思 brand for digital content aggregation, management and distribution related to education, learning, etc.

Services covered by this agreement: refers to all functions and/or services that you can obtain and/or use through 享悦雅思's official user platform.

Registration: refers to the process of obtaining a 享悦雅思 official user platform account by filling in relevant information as required through 享悦雅思's official user platform and confirming that you agree to perform this agreement.

Login: refers to the process of using the services covered by this agreement by filling in your account name and password through the entrance provided by 享悦雅思's official user platform.

3. User Rights and Obligations

You understand and know that before using the services covered by this agreement, you must prepare all computer software and hardware equipment required for Internet access and bear the costs of connecting to the Internet and telephone. The acts of infringing on the rights of third parties mentioned in this article include but are not limited to:

• Containing any sexual or sexually suggestive content;
• Containing abusive, intimidating, threatening, or defamatory content;
• Containing harassment, spam, malicious information, or deceptive information;
• Involving others' privacy, personal information or data;
• Infringing on others' reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, trade secrets and other legitimate rights;
• Containing other information that interferes with the normal operation of this service and infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.

You understand and promise that when using the services covered by this agreement, you should comply with the relevant laws and regulations of China and your online location, international Internet usage conventions and etiquette, this agreement and all other rules and/or agreements signed by 享悦雅思 with you in other forms.

You understand and promise that you can start using some of the services covered by this agreement without registration.

You understand and promise that you only use the services covered by this agreement legally for personal learning purposes in accordance with the prompts of 享悦雅思's official platform.

You understand and know that after registering as a user of 享悦雅思's official platform, you should properly keep your user account and password to avoid account and password leakage.

4. 享悦雅思 Rights and Obligations

享悦雅思 promises to maintain the normal operation of 享悦雅思's official platform with existing technology and strive to improve and upgrade technology;

享悦雅思 promises to respond promptly to problems you encounter during the registration and use of 享悦雅思's official platform;

享悦雅思 promises to do its best to ensure excellent teaching staff to provide you with high-quality services covered by this agreement;

享悦雅思 has the right to make decisions such as deleting relevant information and terminating services at any time for your improper behavior on 享悦雅思's official platform;

享悦雅思 promises to continue to provide you with the services covered by this agreement and not to interrupt or stop providing services at will;

享悦雅思 independently or jointly with other copyright owners enjoys the copyright of works expressed in any form on 享悦雅思's official platform.

5. Virtual Currency

The current product does not provide pre-recharge or virtual currency related services.

6. Modification and Improvement of Agreement

享悦雅思 will unilaterally revise this agreement at any time according to changes in Chinese laws and regulations and business development needs.

If this agreement is changed and/or revised, 享悦雅思 will notify you on the important pages of 享悦雅思's official platform.

7. Interruption and Termination of Services

You understand and know that if you fail to comply with any terms or conditions in this agreement, 享悦雅思 has the right to terminate this agreement at any time without prior notice to you, and interrupt or terminate the provision of services covered by this agreement to you.

8. Disclaimer

You understand and know that in the process of using the services covered by this agreement, you may encounter risk factors such as force majeure, which may cause the services covered by this agreement to be interrupted. When the above situation occurs, 享悦雅思 will try its best to cooperate with relevant units in the first time to repair it in time.

You understand and know that the services covered by this agreement have the risk of service interruption or failure to meet your requirements due to force majeure, computer viruses or hacker attacks, system instability, etc.

You understand and know that 享悦雅思 needs to regularly or irregularly inspect or maintain 享悦雅思's official platform or related equipment.

享悦雅思 obtains the right to handle illegal, irregular or breach of contract content in accordance with laws and regulations and this agreement. This right does not constitute an obligation or commitment of 享悦雅思.

Under no circumstances shall 享悦雅思 be liable for any indirect, punitive, or incidental damages.

9. Privacy Policy

享悦雅思 is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of your personal information. Your use of the services covered by this agreement may result in 享悦雅思 needing to process your personal information.

10. Other Terms

享悦雅思 solemnly reminds you to pay attention to the clauses in this agreement that exempt 享悦雅思 from liability and limit your rights. Please read carefully and consider the risks independently.

You understand and know that the titles of each clause of this agreement are only for your quick understanding of the content of each clause of this agreement.
